All sales, terms of sale, and disputes are between buyer and seller.  We only provide a place for buyers to find items for sale by sellers and are not part of the transaction.  We cannot and do not gaurantee the reliability or trustworthiness of any seller.  Therefore, treat any purchase as if you were paying cash for an item.  Ensure you are protected by following normal precautions such as:

-Make sure you are comfortable with the seller
-That the purchase makes sense (if it feels wrong, it probably is)
-That you use a payment service that allows you to be refunded if the seller does not deliver
-That you get proof of shipment, and insure your shipment if possible
-That you report incidences of fraud to your local authorities

If you have a problem with a seller, please notify us and we will review the issue and consider whether or not to suspend or ban the user from selling on this site.  Again, we only provide a method to connect buyers and sellers.  What happens beyond that point is between the buyer and seller.
